Oneida SeaPerch Teams Compete in International SeaPerch CompetitionOn Saturday, June 2, two teams from Oneida Middle School competed in the 2018 International SeaPerch Competition at UMass Dartmouth.  The underwater robotics competition featured teams from all over the country and world, competing in obstacles with their creations.  The Oneida team of the "Majestic Sea Chickens" of Emily Aldas (Grade 7), Aumora Daly (Grade 8) and Jackson Taylor (Grade 8) placed 24th out of 81 teams!  The "Totally Cubular" team of Tasnim Chowdury and Isabella Gabrielle placed 48th.

Special thanks to their coach, Oneida technology teacher Jackie Rowen.  "This was so great for the students and all of Oneida - they worked so hard.  They should be very proud!" said Rowen.
